Due to the nature of our products (medical, hygiene, and body-related items), returns are limited.
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was received

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Body shapers / worn garments
- Post-op and recovery products after use
- Personal care or aesthetic tools once opened
⏱ Return Request Time
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with proof (photos/videos).
💰 Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect

We may offer a replacement instead of refund depending on the situation.
